With the release of the Provincial government's COVID-19 Restart plan in March 2022 RCU has returned to business as usual inside of our buildings. We encourage you to continue using email, or telephone to arrange insurance, lending, and investments appointments or to conduct any business that does not require personal assistance. Our ATM, the night deposit drop and online banking also remain an option for banking.
Insurance agents and banking tellers are available for service by phone but in a limited capacity during pre-pandemic office hours, generally one hour before and after the hours posted below. Full, in-person service remains available during the hours posted below.
RCU Insurance Services Ltd. office hours have returned to normal.

Revelstoke Credit Union and RCU Wealth Management office hours remain the same as those adopted in June 2020.

DEPOSITS (cash or cheques) can be made at the ATM or in the Night Depository. Night deposits will be processed twice daily.
PAY BILLS online or drop into Night Depository (on wall beside ATM) with signed instructions on where to pay the bill from.
FOR BUSINESSES, call to arrange for a night deposit bag & key so you can use the Night Depository.
LOAN APPLICATION OR MAINTENANCE can be conducted over the phone or via email. Please call 250 837 6291 Ext 250 to arrange for a lender to call you.
GENERAL INSURANCE, Home Policies, Commercial, Liability, Travel can be conducted by phone. Please call 250 837 6291 Ext 223 to arrange for an agent to call you.
